Once she gained that trust she helped him tremendously. It allowed us to be able to bring him out on walks and to public places without a single worry. I contacted Amanda for help with some serious issues with my dog, he simply stopped walking with me and was in a complete fear state. After a couple of weeks of at home 1x1 sessions I have seen a complete change in Rocky and myself - we’ve worked a lot on confidence and being relaxed (which I struggle with a lot) and after a a few sessions we can now walk at night and have improved his heeling work. She’s a great trainer and person and can with full confidence recommend her.

Amanda started working with my shepherd, Remy when he was 4 months old on his basic obedience. Because of her incredible patience, talent and absolute love for what she does, I have the most amazing relationship with my dog today. After his basic training, I saw what was possible and moved forward with his recall and off leash obedience. Not only did Remy gain valuable training, but I learned how to be a good dog mom. I learned that dogs have a different language and Amanda- again with the utmost patience- taught me that language. Today, he’s the best dog I’ve ever had and it stems from proper training with the right person. Amanda has an amazing skill and you, nor your puppy can go wrong under her care.

I met Amanda at Procanine for obedience for my german shepard, who is a head strong female 😊. Amanda work with her and later into her training she work with the of us, which I truly enjoyed. We did alot of training together and my favorite one was the placement command. Amanda was very patient with us. I and son are teaching Lunar to find him she did a great job, she love tracking. I contacted amanda through a service dog instagram group. she said she was in it to learn more about the service dog community so she can better help the people who need service dogs and i think that is really cool. She was very easy to talk to and not judgemental at all which i only say because other trainers I have gone through have made me super uncomfortable and amanda did not. it's only been a few sessions but already my communication with my beagle has gotten sooooo much better and she will help explain things when they are confusing to me. we are working through heeling now in low distraction environments now, and hopefully will practice in more difficult settings soon. I think we will definitely be with her for a while!!
